Estimates and work

Work is performed under a written estimate or agreement signed by you. That document, not this website, sets the scope, price, schedule and any warranty terms for your job.

Telephone contact and consent

By calling (669) 259-7490, you consent to be contacted back by phone at the number you called from about your request, including by call or text. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Call recording

Calls may be recorded for quality, training and record-keeping where the law permits. Where consent is required, you will be told at the start of the call, and continuing the call means you agree.

Call handling and transfers

Service calls to Roof Doctor of San Francisco are handled by our crews. During peak demand, after hours, or when our schedule is full, your call may be transferred or forwarded to another trusted local roofing provider so you can still get help quickly. When that happens, the other provider is an independent business that sets its own availability, pricing and terms, and any work it performs is between you and that provider. You should confirm licensing and insurance with any provider before work begins.

Acceptable use
