Coverage by region

Central San Jose and Willow Glen

The service office on 1423 Douglas St sits a few minutes from downtown, and central San Jose is the part of the city closest to it. That includes the older neighborhoods around downtown and Willow Glen just to the south, where roughly 350 Eichler homes built between 1957 and 1962 carry flat and low-pitched roofs. On those houses the work is mostly spray foam, built-up and single-ply roofing, foam recoats and skylights on raised curbs, alongside the tile and shingle roofs on the streets around them.

Mid-century flat-roofed homes of the kind common in Willow Glen

South San Jose, Almaden Valley and Morgan Hill

Heading south, we cover Cambrian Park and the Almaden Valley for repairs, re-roofs, gutters and inspections. Almaden Valley is one of the two parts of the city designated as wildland-urban interface, with a history of serious fires, so re-roofs there are specified as Class A assemblies with ember-resistant vents and metal gutter guards. Crews also run down the valley to Morgan Hill for re-roofs and larger repairs.

East San Jose, Evergreen and the foothills

On the east side we cover Evergreen and Berryessa and the homes up in the East Foothills. The foothills are the city's other wildland-urban interface area, and the 2025 update to the fire hazard map roughly doubled San Jose's very-high zone, so fire class and vents come up on nearly every re-roof we quote there. Lower down, in Evergreen and Berryessa, we handle the full range of repairs, re-roofs and gutter work on the same number.

West Valley and the northern cities

West of the city, Campbell and Los Gatos sit right against our side of the valley, and we cover Saratoga and Cupertino for re-roofs, repairs and inspections. Cupertino reviews Title 24 cool-roof documentation more strictly than San Jose does, so permits there are assembled with the full product listings up front. To the north we work in Santa Clara and Sunnyvale, and north-east in Milpitas, for homes and for low-slope commercial roofs.

San Francisco, from the head office

The head office at 1928 Eddy St #417 runs our work in San Francisco. Jobs in the city are booked through the same phone number and scheduled from there, so a call from either side of the Peninsula reaches the same people. Coverage in the city follows the same approach as in the South Bay: repair considered first, written scopes, and permits handled as part of the job.

Where coverage ends

Regular coverage runs across Santa Clara County from the service office and across San Francisco from the head office, with San Mateo County between them, Alameda County from Fremont to Oakland, and Santa Cruz County over the hill. Marin, Contra Costa, San Benito and Monterey counties are outside it; we take jobs there case by case, so call and ask before assuming either way.
