Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Roof Doctor of San Francisco collects through this website and by phone, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Updated September 2026

Information we collect

When you call (669) 259-7490, our phone system may log the number you called from and the time of the call. If a call is recorded, you are told at the start of the call.

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and carry out roofing work, send estimates and invoices, and keep records of the work. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to handle your request, as described in our Terms of Service, and when required by law. Providers who host the website and run our phone system process data on our behalf.

Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and maps load from Google Maps only when you press the View map button; those services receive your IP address when they load, under Google's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep records of requests and work for as long as needed to provide the service, answer warranty or insurance questions, and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them.

Your choices and California rights

California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any sale or sharing, which we do not do. To make a request, call (669) 259-7490. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law allows.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version. Questions can be directed to us at (669) 259-7490 or by mail at our San Francisco head office, listed on our contact page.
