Roof Leak Repair
We find where the water actually gets in, then fix that, not the stain.
Learn moreAbout us
We repair, replace and inspect roofs across San Jose and the South Bay, run the city work from our San Francisco head office, and answer the phone at any hour.

What we treat
Our approach
Most calls start with a leak, and most leaks are repairs, not new roofs. We trace the water from the attic, fix the part that failed in the same material, and walk the rest of the roof while we are up there. When a roof has reached the end of its life, you see the photos that show it, and the repair and the replacement are priced side by side.
The roofs here are varied: concrete and clay tile on Mediterranean houses, composition shingle on tract homes, spray foam and built-up roofs on the flat mid-century houses in Willow Glen, and single-ply membranes on commercial buildings. Every one of them is regular work for our crews.

Any hour. You describe what the roof is doing and we decide together how fast someone needs to be there.
A roofer walks the roof and the attic and photographs every problem area.
A scope that separates today's repair from work that can wait, with materials named.
Reroof permits, Title 24 cool-roof ratings and fire-zone requirements handled as part of the job.
Repairs are usually done the same visit; re-roofs are staged so the roof is never left open overnight.
We walk the finished work with you and hand over the photos and paperwork.

Our guides
The roofing guides on this site are written and edited by Norman Eastwood, our Roofing Guides Editor. They turn the questions San Jose homeowners ask us most into plain answers: what a roof costs, what to do when it leaks, how Title 24 and the fire-zone rules affect a re-roof, and how to choose a contractor.
Dollar figures in the guides come from published cost sources and are labeled as planning ranges. Local details, from rainfall to permit thresholds, come from public sources such as the National Weather Service, the City of San Jose and CAL FIRE.

Call (669) 259-7490 any hour. A person answers, day or night, every day of the year.
